Presentations or maybe just a rambling cuz I guess I never really answered what exactly I would give a presentation on just what I could give a presentation on
Ahhhhhh a presentation! The real question is not what I want to present but instead what you want to hear. Would you like a rundown of the most efficient way to run your dishwasher? Or maybe some information about the chronic installation of oversized HVAC systems around the US? Ouh what about the best color for street lights (from an electricity usage, crash reduction, and environmental impact perspective of course… because what are we, animals?)? I just remembered how interesting the way manufacturers mimic incandescent dimming lightbulbs with LEDs is… there are too many options. I know too much random stuff about random stuff. Granted none of it applies to the classes I’m taking right now, so it’s really helpful. Did you know that there’s a correlation between gas stove usage and asthma?
Seriously, what do you want to know about? If it’s related to home improvement or public infrastructure I can almost certainly tell you about it in too much detail. There was a time when I accidentally talked about how you can protect inlaid tram tracks from weathering and buildup for an hour without realizing it (as you can imagine I’m still being made fun of for that :(). I could also give a presentation on how fire departments and their regulations are one of the biggest reasons that we don’t have pedestrianized areas in the United States.
You might not be able to tell but I have a wide amount of knowledge on mostly useless things (at least day-to-day). Honestly, my fun facts (fun ramblings) are so out there that they’ve yet to show up in a trivia game… soooooo addressing Mrs. Liamini directly please let me present one of these things to the class. It would be the first and last time I’d get to share my knowledge with the world.
P.s true fans will be able to spot the Voltron reference hidden in this
