Day at the Fair But Chickens Are the Focus But Not Really Because I Got Distracted on a Tangent While Writing
Man, I was going to keep to the theme of connection but clearly, that didn't turn out. We read that one piece about casual writing and I'm pretty darn great at that... So Imma write like that. Imma write about whatever, however. So this'll be about chickens because they're super pretty. Not your eating chickens though. Those are pretty, in a tasty kinda way. I'm talking about show chickens. I first got interested in 'em when I saw 'em at the town fair two years ago. They're(*) gorgeous. Super fluffy and had incredibly clean feathers. I'll try to include a photo if I can find one (I found two and got distracted so I'll include the dumb photos of us as well cuz why not [I'll get a text from my friends asking why I only put in the bad photos and I'll respond with that fact that I didn't ask them to make those faces that was their own choice and that those were very literally the best ones (Cress, Boba Ghost Queen, Ikoㅇㅅㅇ{nicknames so the internet doesn't know your real names |bonus points to those who know what two of those names reference <yes there are five parentheses inside this, remember informal>|}]). But back to my point.... chickens are super cool and pretty and fluffy. I feel like I haven't written enough about chickens, but I've got no thoughts other than Fluffy after making that joke. So um... chickens are cool and that's the end of that, here's some photos of my friends and I at the fair.
*Contraction for they were, used commonly in Terre Haute (by about half the people) (Terre Haute's interesting in that half of people have a Southern accent and the other half don't)
Broo the fair was genuinely so fun, that lemonade was amazing, and I loved the alpacas (chickens too but the alpacas were better, no I do not take criticism)
